Surrogacy
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, surrogacy is allowed only for medical reasons:
- the absence of the uterus, either congenital or acquired;
- uterine cavity deformation or cervical deformity, either congenital or impacts of past disease;
- endometrial pathology (synecheia, obliteration of the uterine cavity, endometrial atrophy);
- repeated in vitro fertilization (IVF) failures (3 and more) with high quality embryos;
- habitual miscarriage (when a woman has had more than 3 miscarriages);
- medical conditions for which pregnancy is contraindicated.
There is allowed to transfer an embryo obtained using the germ cells of the genetic parents.
A recommendation for joining such program is given by the attending physician and the reproduction clinic where the program is planned.

- Stimulation, anesthesia, oocyte puncture, IVF / ICSI, vitrification, cryopreservation (1 year storage), thawing, up to 2 embryo transfers In case of the first unsuccessful attempt, a repeated program with or without replacing the surrogate mother (agreed with the attending physician and parents)
- Selection, approval and examination of a surrogate
- Transport costs of a surrogate Accommodation of a surrogate in St. Petersburg for the entire period of the program
- Monthly surrogate’s payments and final compensation
- Fertility doctor’s appointments, preparation of a surrogate for embryo transfer

- If necessary, a complete program for obtaining donor germ cells, * must be the genetic relationship with one of the parents
